Управление жизненным циклом (ЖЦ) атомных электростанций (АЭС) является сложным процессом по многим причинам, одна из которых — большой объем информации, требующей осмысления и анализа на всех этапах ЖЦ: начиная с размещения и выбора площадки и до завершающего этапа вывода из эксплуатации. Управление ЖЦ АЭС представляет собой многофакторный процесс, включающий анализ большого количества разноплановой информации и действий. Для принятия во внимание всех деталей этого сложного процесса по управлению ЖЦ необходимо создание цифровой платформы, а для облегчения процесса обработки информации и управления ЖЦ АЭС — математическое описание.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Цель исследования — обоснование необходимости создания платформы управления ЖЦ АЭС от стадии размещения до стадии вывода из эксплуатации. Элементы платформы управления следует использовать для осуществления стратегического планирования при принятии долгосрочных решений, направленных на обеспечение безопасности, учитывая, что вывод станции из эксплуатации является самым высокорисковым этапом ЖЦ АЭС.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Рассматриваются основы создания платформы управления ЖЦ АЭС, включая математическое описание и алгоритмы методики для управления им, представлены структура и образ платформы, приведен пример управления рисками.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Предложены структура и содержание платформы управления ЖЦ АЭС, которая объединяет все стадии ЖЦ АЭС, систематизирует информацию обо всех событиях и элементах в цифровом формате с учетом факторов: безо-пасности, стоимости, долговечности, времени. Платформа позволяет проводить анализ и оценку стадий ЖЦ АЭС.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Life cycle management of nuclear power plants is a complex process for many reasons, one of which is a large amount of information that requires understanding and analysis at all stages of the life cycle (LC): from the stage of “Site placement and selection” to the final stage of “Decommissioning”. NPP lifecycle management is a multifactorial process that includes obtaining and analysing a large amount of diverse information and actions. To consider all the details of this complex LC management process, it is necessary to create a digital platform, and to facilitate the process of information processing and management of NPP LC, a mathematical description is needed.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The purpose of this paper is to substantiate the need to create a management platform for NPP LC from the stage of placement to the stage of decommissioning. The elements of the management platform should be used in the implementation of strategic planning when making long-term decisions aimed at ensuring safety, given that the decommissioning of the plant is the most high-risk stage of the NPP housing and communal services.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The paper discusses the basics of creating an NPP LC management platform, including a mathematical description and algorithms of the methodology for managing it, presents the structure and image of the platform and provides an example of risk management.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
