Крупные подрядные организации строительного сектора характеризуются наличием значительного количества одновременно реализуемых проектов, что усложняет работу компаний и повышает требования к организации слаженной работы всех ее подразделений. В связи с чем целесообразно использовать различные инструменты управления производственными процессами, основанными на применении наглядных инструментов анализа полученных данных. Метод канбан, изначально разработанный для управления производством, приобрел популярность в IT-индустрии, однако его применение в строительной отрасли, в том числе в менеджменте, остается малоизученным и не получило отражение в научной литературе.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ потока проектов крупной подрядной организации, специализирующейся на строительстве инженерных сетей, с применением метода канбан.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Произведен расчет основных метрик канбан-системы, построены диаграммы на основе данных о выполненных этапах реализации проектов в рассматриваемой компании.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Рассматриваются преимущества и ограничения использования метода канбан для управления потоком строительных проектов в крупной подрядной организации. По итогам проведенного исследования подготовлены предложения по оптимизации процессов и улучшению согласованности работ в условиях постоянно растущего числа проектов в крупных подрядных организациях строительного сектора.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Large contracting organizations in the construction sector are characterized by the presence of a significant number of simultaneously implemented projects, which complicates the work of companies and increases the requirements for the organization of well-coordinated work of all its departments. In this regard, it is advisable to use various production process management tools, as well as visual data analysis tools. The kanban method, originally developed for production management, has gained popularity in the IT industry, but its application in the construction industry remains poorly described in the scientific literature.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A project flow analysis of a large contracting organization specializing in the construction of utility networks was carried out using the kanban method.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The main metrics of the kanban system were calculated and diagrams were built based on data on the completed stages of project implementation in the company under consideration.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The advantages and limitations of using the kanban method to manage the flow of construction projects in a large contracting organization are considered.
