Введение. Предпринята попытка охарактеризовать текущее состояние хосписной и паллиативной помощи в Китае, выявить современные тенденции в архитектурном проектировании хосписного типа в Китае, дать рекомендации по дальнейшим исследованиям по тематике архитектурных решений хосписов в Китае.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Применены методы анализа публикаций на английском и китайском языках (в переводе на русский язык) с 2010 по 2024 г., с использованием электронных баз данных Scopus, Web of Science и PubMed/Medline. Поиск проводился по ключевым словам: архитектура хосписов в Китае, паллиативная помощь в Китае, китайский хоспис или терминальный уход в Китае. Также использован междисциплинарный подход, учитывающий влияние медицинских, социологических, демографических, управленческих аспектов на архитектурное проектирование хосписов на территории Китая.

Результаты

Результаты. Представлены результаты исследований в виде исторического обзора и описания текущего состояния хосписной и паллиативной помощи в Китае, выявления современных тенденций в архитектурном проектировании хосписов в Китае, их организационных и архитектурно-художественных особенностей. Эти результаты могут быть использованы в научных исследованиях по данной тематике и в проектной практике при проектировании центров паллиативной помощи и хосписов.

Выводы

Выводы. Приведены предпосылки развития хосписного движения в условиях Китая. Выполнен анализ демографической ситуации, оказывающей непосредственное влияние на архитектурно-планировочную и градостроительную организацию хосписов на территории Китая. Даны рекомендации для дальнейшего развития научных исследований по архитектуре подобных объектов.

Introduction

Introduction. In this study, the author aimed to characterize the current status of hospice and palliative care in China, to identify current trends in hospice architectural design in China, to give recommendations for further research on the subject of hospice architecture in China.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. Methods were applied to analyze publications in English and Chinese (translated into Russian) from 2010 to 2024, using electronic databases Scopus, Web of Science, and PubMed/Medline, using the keywords “hospice architecture in China”, “palliative care in China”, “Chinese hospice”, or “terminal care in China”. An interdisciplinary approach is also applied, considering the influence of medical, sociological, demographic, managerial aspects on the architectural design of hospices within China.

Results

Results. The research is presented in the form of a historical review and the current state of hospice and palliative care in China, identification of modern trends in the architectural design of hospices in China, their organizational and architectural and artistic features. These results can be used in scientific research on the subject and in design practice in the design of palliative care centres and hospices.

Conclusions

Conclusions. The prerequisites for the development of the hospice movement in China are given. The analysis of the demographic situation, which has a direct influence on the architectural-planning and urban planning organization of hospices in China is carried out. Recommendations for further development of scientific research on the architecture of such objects are given.
