Сохранение культурного наследия — актуальная задача современного общества. О его необходимости говорится и в Указе Президента РФ от 02.07.2021 № 400 «О Стратегии национальной безопасности Российской Федерации»: «…укрепление традиционных российских духовно-нравственных ценностей, сохранение культурного и исторического наследия народа России». Ясно и осознание российским обществом важности сохранения архитектурного культурного наследия нашей страны. Проводятся добровольные экспедиции и другие мероприятия в целях сохранения объектов культурного наследия, а также старых домов, не входящих в этот реестр. Изучение лавки купцов Глухаревых является частью историко-архитектурного исследования Рыбацкой слободы в г. Переславле-Залесском. В этом месте все еще сохранен исторический облик, а также особенности, связанные с исторически сложившейся промысловой специализацией слободы. Исследование посвящено одной из старых хозяйственных построек слободы — торговой лавке. Этот объект — редкая ценная постройка. Она в аварийном состоянии и требует срочного вмешательства специалистов. Рассмотрены методы, применимые для реставрации деревянных хозяйственных построек. Оценена возможность использования каждого метода для лавки купцов Глухаревых, а также предложены проектные решения конструкций и определено наиболее рациональное решение. Выбор метода реставрации определяет продолжительность, трудозатраты, экономические затраты на проведение работ и зависит главным образом от состояния постройки, а также от ее охранного статуса.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проанализированы старые дома Рыбацкой слободы, архивные источники, научные труды, нормативные документы. Выполнено натурное исследование постройки, в ходе которого сделаны обмеры, фотофиксация, оценено состояние конструкций, проведен их расчет.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Исследованы варианты усиления конструкций кровли лавки и подобраны сечения конструкций для самого оптимального варианта.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Самым оптимальным вариантом оказалось усиление кровли стойками и подкосами сечением 30 × 30 и 40 × 40.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Preservation of cultural heritage is an urgent task of modern society. Its necessity is also stated in the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 02.07.2021 № 400 “The National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation”: “...strengthening of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, preservation of cultural and historical heritage of the people of Russia”. It is also clear that Russian society is aware of the importance of preserving the architectural cultural heritage of our country. Voluntary expeditions and other activities are carried out in order to preserve cultural heritage objects, as well as old houses that are not included in the register. The research of Glukharev merchants’ shop is a part of the historical and architectural research of the Rybatskaya Sloboda in Pereslavl-Zalessky. In this place the historical appearance is still preserved as well as features connected with the historically developed trade specialization of the sloboda. The research is devoted to one of the old economic buildings of the sloboda — a trading shop. This object is a rare valuable building. It is in an emergency condition and requires urgent intervention of specialists. The methods applicable to the restoration of wooden outbuildings are considered. The possibility of using each method for the shop of the Glukharev merchants is evaluated, and also design solutions of structures are proposed and the most rational solution is determined. The choice of the restoration method determines the duration, labour and economic costs of the work and depends mainly on the condition of the building and its conservation status.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Old houses of Rybatskaya Sloboda, archival sources, scientific works, normative documents were analyzed. A field study of the building was carried out, in the course of which measurements were made, photo-fixation was made, the condition of the structures was assessed, and the calculation of the structures was carried out.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The options for reinforcing the bench roof structures were investigated and the cross-sections of the structures were selected for the most optimal option.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
