В 2024 г. Президенту РФ представлена Стратегия устойчивого развития Приазовья до 2040 года, цель которой создание национального рекреационного центра мирового уровня на основе экологического восстановления Азовского моря, бассейнов, впадающих в него рек и обеспечения устойчивого развития инфраструктуры. Данная Стратегия в том числе направлена на развитие пляжного туризма на берегу Азовского моря. В связи с чем выполняется научно-исследовательская работа, ее цель — исследование современного геоэкологического состояния бассейнов рек Северного Приазовского гидрологического района на примере малой р. Грузской Еланчик (L = 91 км, F = 1250 км2). Задачи для выбранного бассейна реки: создать базы данных в бассейне р. Грузской Еланчик, содержащие информацию: о параметрах сооружения, функциональном назначении, морфометрических признаках, геоморфологических особенностях, физико-химических пробах воды, о техническом состоянии сооружений.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Работа основана на фактическом материале, собранном в полевых исследованиях. Проведен анализ проектной, строительной и эксплуатационной документации комплексов сооружений по руслу реки; выполнена оценка их конструктивных элементов; отобраны пробы воды для проведения комплексных лабораторных исследований.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Для выбранного бассейна реки разработаны схемы градаций для объектов водохозяйственного строительства. Созданы геоинформационные базы данных.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Собраны данные для определения степени экологической безопасности, составленные по результатам натурного обследования, систематизирующие сведения об объектах водохозяйственного строительства: проведены исследования эксплуатируемых объектов водохозяйственного и мелиоративного строительства; дана оценка техническому состоянию и уровню безопасности, согласно действующим сводам и правилам; приведены рекомендации по проведению комплекса мероприятий для повышения безопасности.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. In 2024 the President of the Russian Federation has instructed to approve the Strategy for the Sustainable Development of the Azov Region until 2040 and the action plan for its implementation, ensuring the synchronization of decisions on the financing of these activities with national projects and strategic planning documents; significant plans are connected with this, including improvement in living standards in the Azov region. This strategy, among other things, is aimed to develop beach tourism, as well as well as the fish industry with a great potential of the Azov Sea. In this regard, we are carrying out this research, focusing on studying the current geoecological state of the river basins of the Northern Azov hydrological region as exemplified by the small river Gruzskoy Elanchik (L = 91 km, F = 1,250 km2). Aims for the selected river basin are the following: create databases of construction and urban facilities in the basin of the Gruzskoy Elanchik river containing structural parameters, its functional purpose, morphometric features, geomorphological features, physicochemical water specimens.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The work is based on factual material collected in the field research in the basin of the Gruzskoy Elanchik River. The analysis of the design, construction and operational documentation of the complexes of structures along the riverbed were carried out, their structural elements were evaluated; water specimens were taken for complex laboratory studies.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Gradation schemes for reclamation and water management facilities have been developed for the selected river basin. Geoinformation databases including spatial data have been created.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
