В России строительство движется по классической модели развития и следует в направлении применения стереотипных моделей городского устройства. Поиск методов решения возникшей проблемы подразумевает обозначение ряда обстоятельств, которыми она вызвана, для четкого понимания и выстраивания рациональных механизмов реализации. «Зеленая» крыша - современный подход к архитектуре и урбанизации, который предполагает создание «зеленого» пространства на месте построенного здания. Дополнительное динамическое пространство не ограничивается исключительно декоративной и экологической функциями.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы.</p></sec><sec><title>Применили научные методы</title><p>Применили научные методы: анализ, системный подход, синтез, дедукция, сравнительно-правовой. На основе теоретического исследования с учетом территориально-пространственной оценки посредством метода корреляционно-регрессионного анализа выполнен первичный обзор возможной обстановки в Рязанской области.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. </p><p>Рассмотрена хронологическая последовательность становления системы «зеленая» крыша. Систематизация существующей нормативно-технической базы позволила оценить степень возможности интеграции «зеленых» крыш в России не как единичный случай, а как вариант массового применения. Особое внимание уделено вопросам, которые не нашли отражения в существующих отечественных регламентах. Результаты исследовательской работы продемонстрировали, что первая редакция ГОСТ 58875 - попытка соединения воедино ранее выпущенных пособий и рекомендаций. Информация, подтвержденная проведенными лабораторными испытаниями, по поводу эффективной работы системного решения в России в разных районах и в разные сезоны отсутствует. Ряд вопросов по-прежнему остается открытым. Политика внедрения «зеленых» крыш не выстроена.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. </p><p>Россия не готова к массовому строительству «зеленых» крыш. Дальнейшие научные исследования «зеленого» строительства должны вестись с учетом нестабильных климатических особенностей в разных районах страны, чтобы подтвердить целесообразность устройства «зеленых» крыш в обязательном порядке, предусмотренном на законодательном уровне.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. </p><p>The era of high technologies and economy disrupts interaction between man and nature, worsening the state of the environment and living conditions on Earth. In Russia, the construction industry follows a classical development model and applies stereotypical patterns of urban design. Finding problem solving methods means identification of problem triggers that help to clearly understand and develop rational problem tackling mechanisms. Green roofs suggest an advanced approach to architecture and urbanization whereby green spaces take the place of new buildings. Supplementary dynamic space is not reduced to its decorative and environmental functions.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. </p><p>We applied such research methods as analysis, the system approach, synthesis, deduction, and comparative analysis. The initial review of the state of affairs in the Ryazan region was performed with regard for the theoretical nature of this study; correlation and regression analysis were employed to assess territories and spaces.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.</p><p>The history of green roof systems is analyzed in the article. Systematization of the effective regulatory and technical framework enabled the co-authors to assess the widespread applicability of the green roof technology in Russia. Special attention is paid to the issues that are not covered by effective domestic regulations. The research work has shown that the first edition of GOST (All-Russian State Standard) 58875 is an attempt to consolidate previously issued manuals and recommendations. There is no information available about the seasonal efficiency of green roof solutions in different Russian regions. A number of issues remain unresolved. The “green roof” policy has not been developed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. </p><p>Russia is not ready for large-scale construction of green roofs.
