Проанализированы задачи, которые решались студентами в 2023–2025 гг. по трем образовательным программам с помощью методов ИИ. Цель анализа — оценка уровня внедрения ИИ в ВКР обучающихся.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Описаны предпосылки использования ИИ для решения задач, определены критерии оценки прогресса внедрения ИИ, выделены технологии ИИ, которые применялись при решении задач, установлены уровни глубины внедрения технологий ИИ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Приведены результаты анализа в наглядном виде. Отмечено, что особый интерес представляют работы, в которых имеются разработка и апробация автоматизированной системы с применением ИИ. Перечислена тематика таких работ.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Наиболее востребованными и понятными технологиями ИИ являются машинное обучение и компьютерное зрение, а наибольшее количество решений задач с применением ИИ соответствует этапу строительства. Поставлена задача подготовки актуальных тем ВКР для автоматизированного решения задач строительства с использованием ИИ. Определены перспективы исследований — развитие моделей, методов и технологий ИИ для применения в строительной отрасли.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. This paper discusses the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in students’ final qualification projects (FQP) to solve problems in the construction industry. The tasks solved by students in 2023–2025 across three educational programmes using AI methods are analyzed. The aim of the analysis is to assess the level of AI implementation in students’ final qualification projects.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The prerequisites for using AI to solve problems are described, criteria for assessing the progress of AI implementation are defined, AI technologies used in problem-solving are identified, and levels of AI technology implementation are established.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The results of the analysis are presented in a clear and accessible format. It is noted that works involving the development and testing of automated systems using AI are of particular interest. The topics of such works are listed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The most sought-after and accessible AI technologies are machine learning and computer vision, whilst the largest number of problem-solving applications using AI correspond to the construction phase. The task of preparing relevant topics for final-year projects for the automated solution of construction problems using AI has been set.
