Founded in march, 2011. 1st issue was published in July, 2011.

Periodicity of the journal - quarterly.

The journal is officially registered as a periodical in Russian and English languages. Basing on the task to enhance the capabilities of scientific and professional communications between the scientists from all over the world, availability of scientific information to any reader, as well as with the aim of further development of the Russian-language scientific periodicals, improvement of the language culture of scientific publications the materials are published in the journal in the Russian and English languages.

The journal is included in the list of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which must be published the main results of dissertations for earning the scientific degree of a Candidate of Sciences and the academic degree of a Doctor of Science.
