Author Guidelines

REQUIREMENTS
TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS
AND DESIGN OF AUTHOR'S ORIGINALS OF ARTICLES

1. Acceptance of articles to the editorial office and the composition of accompanying documents

Acceptance of articles for publication in the journal is carried out on a regular basis. The authors need to take into account that the process of reviewing the article, reviewing and editorial and publishing processing takes quite a long time, and therefore the article received and approved by the editorial board for publication will, as a rule, be published no earlier than 4 months from the date of its receipt. In this case, the date of receipt of the article will be the date of its receipt from the author in the final version after all the improvements and corrections according to the comments of the reviewers and the editor.

We ask the authors to carefully prepare their materials in order to reduce the time for their consideration and processing. Incorrectly formatted materials will not be considered, reviewed or returned! Also, manuscripts of articles and electronic copies on local media are not returned to the authors. At the same time, the editors do not enter into negotiations with the authors on their own initiative.

1.1. Acceptance of articles for consideration and reviewing is carried out through the online system for receiving articles and by e-mail address of the editorial office journals@mgsu.ru.

Acceptance of articles for consideration and review through the online system for receiving articles is carried out on the journal's website at: nso-journal.ru.

The author, having registered in the system, uploads an article in .doc or docx format, formatted according to the template (see paragraph 2), along with scanned document files: an expert opinion on the possibility of publishing in the open press (hereinafter referred to as an expert opinion), and questionnaires (hereinafter referred to as the author's questionnaires).

The expert opinion is drawn up according to the requirements established in the organization - the employer of the author. The editors proceed from the fact that the authors voluntarily provide information about themselves in the author's questionnaire in the required volume and composition (in accordance with the rules for publishing scientific articles in journals included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications) for their open publication.

The same requirements apply to the text of the article and documents sent by e-mail to journals@mgsu.ru. All questions and suggestions should be sent to this editorial email address.

All articles submitted to the editors undergo mandatory double-blind peer review. Based on the results of the review, the author is informed of the decision to publish, comments of the reviewer and editor, or the decision to reject the article.

1.2. Acceptance for publication of the final version of the article. The author also uploads the final (after making corrections according to the comments of the reviewers and the editor) version of the article through the system or sends it to the email address of the editorial office journals@mgsu.ru for its editing, proofreading, layout and publication in the journal.

1.3. A package of original accompanying documents, including a questionnaire for the publication of information about the author and an expert opinion, must be received by the editorial office by mail no later than 3 weeks from the date of notification of the author (by email) of a positive decision on the publication of the article.

2. Requirements for the design of articles

The article will be considered by the editorial board and reviewers only if it fully complies with the requirements set out below for publication in scientific journals indexed by international science citation databases.

All articles received by the editors of the journal, which received a positive assessment from reviewers and recommended for publication, undergo mandatory editorial processing (editing, proofreading, technical editing). Making changes based on the editor's comments is agreed with the author.

The date of receipt of the article by the editorial office is the date of receipt and registration in the editorial office of the final author's original, taking into account all the changes made according to the comments of the reviewers and the editor.
